Getting Started: Project Setup in Minutes

Setting up a CoSupport AI agent is fast and intuitive. Begin by creating a new project and naming it, something like “CoSupport AI.” From there, configure the AI persona: give it a name, provide basic project information so it understands your company, and select a predefined role (like support or sales). You can also create a custom role with a tailored description if your use case requires it. In this demo, the support role was selected to showcase the setup flow.

Step 1 - Getting Started

Customizing Tone and Rules

Next, define the AI’s tone of voice. With multiple styles available, you can align the agent’s communication style with your brand. For this setup, the default tone was selected with two simple adjustments: emojis were disabled, and response length was extended slightly. Additional custom rules include language restrictions or blacklisted words to ensure the assistant communicates within your guidelines.

Step 2 - Customizing Tone and Rules

Connecting the Knowledge Base

With the AI persona ready, it’s time to build the knowledge base. Since the project starts from scratch, the first step is connecting your website. Just input the URL, enable nested page syncing to cover the entire domain, and turn on auto-sync to keep content fresh over time.

Additional data sources can be added effortlessly, including files in various formats and standalone FAQs. Organizing the knowledge base with folders helps maintain clarity without impacting performance. Files can be updated, moved, or removed in just a few clicks.

Step 3 - Connecting the Knowledge Base

Testing the AI Agent

Once the knowledge base is activated, the AI agent can be tested immediately. For example, asking “What’s your average AI deflection rate across your clients?” will prompt the AI to respond with reliable information based on your content. Each response is backed by visible source citations, ensuring transparency and trust.

Step 4 - Testing the AI Agent

Launching the Agent with Your Help Desk

To deploy the agent, simply click “Launch.” If your help desk isn’t listed, the team can enable integration via API upon request. In this demo, the Zenesys Chat integration was selected. After filling in the required API fields and customizing the setup, the integration was completed within seconds.

A quick test confirmed everything worked as expected. Within five minutes, the AI agent was live, trained, connected, and actively responding in the help desk interface.

Step 5 - Launching the Agent

Try It for Yourself

CoSupport AI is designed to make launching intelligent support agents as easy as possible. From setup to deployment, everything can be done in minutes without technical overhead. Try it yourself, the best way to see the magic is to experience it first-hand.
