Multi-step reasoning

Previously, CoSupport AI searched the knowledge base once and provided the answer based on the retrieved content and the rules incorporated in the system prompt. Now AI thinks in steps – searching, analyzing, re-searching, and validating information before responding. Results for complex customer issues: beta users report 15-20% boost in AI response accuracy.

What changed in CoSupport AI 2.0: AI can now dynamically perform multiple searches, validate information across sources, reassess previous outputs, and refine responses before delivering the final answer.

Decision logs

Get full visibility into how AI handles tickets. Every AI-generated reply now ships with a log that includes the reasoning process, actions taken, and data sources used to generate every response – making AI behavior transparent, auditable, and easy to improve.

Agentic API

The new Agentic API enables AI to autonomously execute multi-step workflows across external platforms in real time: update orders, cancel subscriptions, process refunds, retrieve account-specific info etc.
